Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for unused items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, please contact us at support@huntboo.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Size Exchanges
If the size does not fit, please contact us first. In many cases, we may offer a one-time replacement size without requiring the original item to be returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
To help us evaluate the issue, please provide clear photos or videos showing the problem. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products may not be eligible for return.
Items showing signs of use, pet hair, odors, damage caused by pets, missing tags, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

What countries do you ship to?
Huntboo ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
However, we do not ship internationally and PO boxes.

What is covered by Huntboo's warranty?
We’ve worked hard to create pet products that are durable and lasting. We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products because we believe in the quality of our products.
Wear and tear of pet products may happen. If your items are damaged (regular wear and tear) within a year of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Just contact us at support@huntboo.com to see how we can help.
What should I do if my dog gets excited and chews the item we ordered?
If you happen to have a fur-baby that gets excited and chews our product, you are still free to contact us at support@huntboo.com to see what we can do for you.
Does your warranty cover orders from other sales channels such as Amazon?
Yes, our warranty does. Just email us at support@huntboo.com along with the sales channel name and order number, and we will take good care of you.

How do I clean my Huntboo product?
Our products are made to be easily cleaned, are machine washable (mesh laundry bag recommended) on a gentle cycle, and can be air-dried or dried in a tumble dryer.
Where are your products made from?
We currently manufacture our products in China, taking great care to choose partners who share our values.
That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.
