Huntboo warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.

What is covered: qualifying failures of materials, stitching, buckles, or hardware caused by a manufacturing defect under normal intended use.

What is not covered: normal wear, cosmetic damage, chewing, cuts, improper fit, misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or damage caused by a dog or another animal.

To request support, contact support@huntboo.com with your order number, purchase channel, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and affected area. Approved claims may be resolved with repair, replacement, or another remedy at Huntboo’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
